Shannon Stephens是来自美国西雅图的独立歌手，1998年前为Marzuki乐队的主唱。在1999年时，和之前乐队的另一成员一起开始了单飞的音乐生涯。

Shannon Stephens自称并不是一个真正的艺人，仅仅是一个音乐爱好者，一个与自己的丈夫、女儿一起幸福生活的人。她会做一手好菜，与邻居和善地相处。正是这种从生活中积累酝酿出来的音乐，才更耐听，让浮躁的心沉静下来。
